FACTS:
We are a Registered Kitchen in the City of Moreland.
Our vanilla sugar cookie recipe has been tried and tested with high quality ingredients,
for the perfect balance of vanilla sweetness in every bite.
They are NOT dairy, wheat or gluten free, and although no nuts are used within our recipe
they are NOT baked in a nut free kitchen.
QUESTIONS:
Do you deliver?
We can post out orders within Australia at an addition cost.
We do our very best to package our little cookies every so carefully,
so they can arrive to you undamaged.
Pick up is available in Gowanbrae, Melbourne Victoria.
Can you customise my cookies?
Absolutely, all our cookies are customised to your request, be it colour, shape, text and even customised edible prints.
How much notice do you need?
We require at least 2 weeks notice to design, secure your order, bake,
decorate and package your custom cookies.
You can also securing a booking time slot with a deposit of $30 back on our home screen.
When will the cookies be baked?
Our cookies are baked fresh every Monday, so your order will be baked on the
Monday prior to your order date.
Can i add bag tag's labels or ribbon to each cookie bag?
Yes this can be arranged at an additional cost or you can supply them,
just shoot us an email with your packaging requests.
How do you store left over cookies?
You have left overs, Lucky you!
Cookies like to be stored at room temperature in an airtight container.
and can last up to 6 weeks, but i don't think they will be in there for too long.
Do you have a minimum order for custom cookies?
Yes, our minimum order is 12 cookies. Unless you are ordering a gift box set.
Do you custom print edible image?
Yes we do, we can print logos, pictures, monograms, business cards,
or custom designs something for you to match your invitations, themes etc.
What if i need to cancel my order?
We accept cancellations if they are 2 weeks prior to the date required,
a store credit will be available in replacement of the cancellation.
Do you accept Returns or Refunds?
We do not accept returns as the product supplied is a food item
and have been customised to your requirements.
